Position: Customer Service Representative - Swe/Nor

This company introduced the first lightweight communications headset in 1962 and is today the world's leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of lightweight communications headset products.The company's products are widely used in many Fortune 500 corporations and have been featured in numerous films and high profile events, including the historic "One small step for man" transmission from the moon in 1969. Our client offers mobile headsets to address the cordless and mobile phone market, next-generation computer audio headset products for computer applications and corded and cordless headsets and systems for the office, small office/home office and contact centers. The company is a publicly held company, headquartered in Santa Cruz, California with offices in 20 countries, including major facilities in Mexico, China, Tennessee, England and The Netherlands. Their products are sold and supported through a worldwide network of authorized partners, and are available through retail and consumer electronics stores.

Responsibilities:

The role will focus on managing all the Customer Service activities for our Business Partners, OEM's and Retail customers, primarily for the native language region and depending on language skills for customers in other regions. This includes call handling, key contact for selected customers and sales, specific projects. The role requires an active cooperation with other departments in the company.
Handling of service and return requests as per defined processes
Reviewing current Customer Service processes and structures on cost and time effectiveness
Reporting
Supporting other departments when needed
Providing close cooperation with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance.
Providing active sales support to the field sales team
Complete assigned projects

Requirements:
HBO degree (eftergymnasial utbildning/högskoleutbildning) or equivalent experience
System knowledge on Windows applications, ERP database (Oracle 11i) order management.
Initiating and driving further efficiency improvements
Customer Focussed
People oriented
Strong independent behaviour
Strong commercial affinity
Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships, a team player
Ability to work and perform under pressure
Fluent English. Additional languages as Swedish and Norwegian are beneficial.
