Customer Service Representative

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representatives to join our customer service team consisting of 5 people in Malmo. You will be required to provide a professional, efficient and reliable service to our Customers. The successful candidate will be working closely alongside the Nordic Sales team and will be a key member of the team in driving the company forward. You will also be working closely with purchasing, logistics and our finance team. As well as providing day to day customer service you will also be responsible for supporting the Account Manager in driving margin growth for our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to develop their career in Customer Service.

Key Tasks

Duties will include order taking and chasing, dealing with complaints, some customer pricing, quoting & development of business opportunities for new products and additional volumes. Other areas of responsibility will be identification of purchasing trends, business opportunities and follow up with customers. Above all we expect our Customer Service Representatives to build strong, proactive relationships with customers to engender growth opportunities and ensure customer retention.

We Are Looking For

- 3-4 years' experience in Customer Service and it will be advantageous with previous experience of working in the plastic industry.
- The ability to show initiative, and display enthusiasm and determination
- The ability to demonstrate a good level of business understanding and commercial awareness
- Good time management skills with an ability to prioritize own workload, work well under pressure and with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal. It will be advantageous speaking Norwegian.
