To further strengthen the company, BONESUPPORT is now looking for an experienced and driven Customer Service Representative who will join their Customer Service Team.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:


* Taking and registering orders in a correct manner
* Pack and prepare shipping of products
* Monitor delivery information and take appropriate action
* Providing customer-focused care via the telephone, e-mail and administrative tasks
to ensure high level of service to customers and clients
* Identifying and addressing process improvements
* To issue credit and debit memos
* Communicate efficiently with customers, sales organisation and colleagues in a service minded manner
* Cooperate with other functions within the company to ensure high quality customer service


Other key relationships are external partners, such as consultants and authorities, distributors and other external organizations.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* At least 5 years of work experience within customer service, inside-sales, administration and/or a similar position
* Proven communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
* Good knowledge of ERP-systems
* Degree within Life Science would be beneficial but is not a requirement
* lt would also be an advantage if you have experience within the MedTech industry, as well as from healthcare.
