BONESUPPORT is an innovative and rapidly growing orthobiologics company, based in Lund, Sweden. In 2017, BONESUPPORT AB was listed on the stock exchange. The company has 45 coworkers based in Lund and 55 spread globally. To further strengthen the company, BONESUPPORT is now looking for an experienced and driven Customer Service Representative to be a part of our Customer Service team.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* To be responsible for taking and registering orders in a correct manner
* To pack and prepare shipping of products
* To monitor delivery information and take appropriate action
* Providing customer-focused care via the telephone, e-mail and administrative tasks
* Providing a high level of service to customers and clients
* Identifying and addressing process improvements
* To issue credit and debit memos
* To efficiently communicate with customers, sales organisation and colleagues in a service minded manner
* To cooperate with other functions within the company to ensure high quality customer service

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* At least 5 years of work experience from a similar position within order administration/inside sales and from the MedTech industry
* Very good knowledge in spoken and written English and Swedish
* Good knowledge of ERP-systems

University degree in Life Science or equivalent would be an advantage but not a requirement.
