Customer Service is located in the European Headquarters in Bergen op Zoom, in The Netherlands. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to serve their customers in Finland and other countries.
Main Tasks
" Assist customers on the phone.
" Manage the deliveries of their customers from Order to Delivery
" Identify commercial opportunities and increase sales
" Handle practical problems on matching customer demand versus
supply
Requirements
" Fluent in English (write and speak)
" Native Finnish language skills
" Education in Business Administration or a relevant equivalent
" Previous experience in customer service or sales is required
" Service minded and have a high level of commitment
" Excellent communication skills and be a keen team player
" Experience with export documents
