Customer Service/ Tecnichal Support (Finnish)

Swedish Recruitment is a recruitment company based in Sweden but with a clear focus on the European job market.Our client is a world leading Customer Relationship Management Company with office in Belfast, Northern Ireland.The job: We are currently looking for candidates interested in moving to Belfast and work for a market leader with a clear focus on providing excellent customer service.You will have individual targets and the main job description includes *Working in a team environment and provide excellent Customer Service and Technical solutions by e-mail, chat and other forms of live communication.*Provide a positive and professional service with a high level of quality at all times.*Take incoming calls when requested *Take on ownership of problems to make sure a resolution is provided.*Be active within the team to develop your self as well as other members in the team.*Other duties as requested by management.
