Customer Services Representative - Swedish - Gibraltar
The Company:
Our client is a major gaming company and they are currently recruiting for a Swedish Speaking Customer Services Representative to work within their European centre in Gibraltar.
The Role:
Handling a wide variety of player queries via email and telephone on player accounts, games, player promotions, technical issues, depositing and withdrawing funds etc.
Making verification calls to the players
Liaising with various teams in Gibraltar and India to resolve customer queries
Ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality of customer information
Contributing to process improvements
Candidate Profile:
With excellent organisation and multi tasking abilities under pressure demands, as a Customer Services Associate you will be confident working as part of a team in a diverse cultural environment.
You will possess logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach. Flexible and willing to work shifts, you will be available for a monthly rotation of 6am - 3pm, 2pm - 11pm and 10pm - 7am.
Candidates must be fluent in Swedish as well as English. Excellent level of customer service skills are essential, as is a knowledge of the Windows working environment.
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Knowledge of poker an asset
Salary/Additional Information:
Position: Permanent
Location: Gibraltar
Salary: 17,000
Bonus: Up to 25% of salary in year 1
Holiday: 31 days including public holidays
