Seamless Distribution AB is an international telecommunications company. We deliver solutions and services for airtime sales/distribution, mobile money and value added services. We are now looking for an experienced solution manager for our Strategic Product Management team. Role The main responsibility of the CSM, Customer Solution Manager, is to make sure that we deliver a solution to the customer that is aligned to the real customer needs and requirements and at the same time matches our product portfolio as closely as possible. The CSM is the customer representative is a solution development project and as such acts as the owner of the project. The CSM also works as the project manager for the pre‐study part of a solution development project. An important task is to manage customer expectations and to present to the customer how the proposed solution solves their needs and requirements. The CSM is part of the Strategic Product Management team and interacts with the customers to conceive and implement a technology solution to a business challenge or opportunity. CSM works with most other departments; sales, product development, quality assurance and delivery in a multifunctional role consisting of: * Business Analyst - analyzing the customer needs and requirements * Project Manager - leading the pre‐study part of a solution development project * Solution Architect - creating a solution, mapping it to the requirements and verifying it * Trainer - showing the customer how to use the system to solve their requirements Profile You have well documented experience as a solution architect and/or business analyst. You are comfortable in interacting directly with customers at both higher management level and technical level. We think that you have a technical degree and experience as project manager. You must be ready to travel to customers globally and you must be fluent in written and spoken English.
