Adway is a smart recruitment marketing solution that streamlines our clients’ candidate inflow and take their employer brand to new levels. Our clients come from various industries and sectors, and they turn to us to get their story told in an attractive and measurable manner with the help of our platform. As our client portfolio continues to expand rapidly, and in order to develop and strengthen the relationship with our customers, we are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to our Stockholm office.

What we have here is an opportunity to join a fast-paced company and to work with some of the top corporations in the Nordic market. This is a perfect position if you have a passion for tech and digitalization and want to spend your days building successful relationships!

As a Customer Success Manager at Adway you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs in order to drive the most value and impact out of our products. Your focus will be on building strong relationships and managing existing clients in Adway’s portfolio. We believe that real service comes from the heart and we always put the customer first.

- Furthermore, you will:
- Educate our customers on the latest trends within digital marketing and HR-tech
- Work with our data scientist to analyse and report findings and results to our customers
- Provide feedback from our customers to our tech-team to improve our software

This is an exciting opportunity for someone that have 3+ years of Customer Success work, preferably within HR or digital marketing.

It’s a merit if you have:

- Worked with technical project management before
- Experience from digital advertisement, particularly within social media
- Experience from recruitment and its challenges

We are looking for someone who easily can understand the customers’ everyday life and have experienced the power in great customer relationships. If you also have the ability to independently manage and lead projects of a technical nature, damn, do we want to talk with you!
