As a leading health tech company revolutionising the corporate health industry, we are expanding our team and looking for our next Customer Success Manager.

ASSIGNMENT



You will work together within the Customer Success team to maintain customer relationships and oversee the onboarding of new clients. You will primarily work with existing customers and develop relationships that promote retention and collaboration with the customer.



You will help clients understand how to optimise their usage of OneLab, up-selling the service with sensitivity, and you will be the first point of contact to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.



WHO YOU ARE

- 2+ years experience as Customer Success Manager, Relations Manager or Service Manager within a tech company (previous experience at a SaaS company is preferable)

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree. (preferable)

- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the Executive level

- Ambitious, very good planning, organisational, and execution skills.

- Result-oriented, eager relationship builder and a problem solver.

- Willing to work in a fast-paced team.

- Language requirements: Fluent in Swedish and English. Professional writing skills in both are, furthermore, general admission criteria.
