As a Customer Success Representative you will be responsible for ongoing client communication and campaign delivery for many of our Educational institutes held within the international business arm of EMG.

Responsibilities:

- Onboarding of new customers
- Working closely with clients throughout their collaboration with Educations.com
- Campaign and service delivery management
- Relationship building
- Overall customer education with EMG product catalogue

The international team consists of about 30 employees (20% of the company) working with either communication, marketing, customer success or sales from around the world.
