Internet Global Services Sweden AB is a consultancy company and have 50+ employees that works within IT, customer support, marketing and financials. The office is located in Solna with walking distance to/from Solna station.
As a customer support agent, you will be receiving, managing and handling the problems and issues report by customers by e-mail. In some of the cases, you should forward the case to the related department and inform the customers accordingly. You are expected to proactively seeks way to improve both owns and team standards of service delivery.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer service environment. You enjoy working in a team and takes great responsibility for your work. You convert information concisely and effectively. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Since you will be doing many tasks at the same time, you should be good at multi-tasking.
