Customer Support Agent

Do you have previous experience within healthcare and administration and would like to be a part of our journey to simplify everyday life for caregivers and patients within healthcare? As a Customer Support Agent at Carasent you will have the opportunity to do just that.

What you’ll do

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be part of a team that provides support for our cloud-based electronic health record system Webdoc and Vårdrummet - a tool for electronic patient communication as well as other addon services. Webdoc primarily focus on caregivers within the private sector ranging from primary care to secondary care to occupational health.

Together with your team you will support the caregivers by e-mail and phone, and at times pay them a visit at their clinics. Your employment will be based at our offices in Gothenburg or Stockholm and report to Customer Support Manager in Gothenburg.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have  


- Prior experience of working in the healthcare sector with an electronic health record system as for example an administrator or an assistant nurse. Even better if you have prior experience of our products Webdoc or Vårdrummet.
- Experience working with support in some extent.
- A genuine interest to help and supporting people and providing them with knowledge about our products.
- Communications skills in Swedish as that is the language primarily spoken by the caregivers we support. Our corporate language at Carasent is English.
- You enjoy working with a computer as your primary work tool.
