Arbetsuppgifter/Job description: The position includes content moderation, customer support via telephone and e-mail, but can also contain other customer service related tasks.
Because of our variety of our client base and nature of assignments we need people that are flexible and reliable.
The person we are looking for also have to be able to handle a stressful environment, be thorough and efficient.
We are looking for new team members that are motivated, willing to help out where it is needed and eager to learn and develop their professional skills.
Previous work experience in customer care or on-line services is desirable but NOT a requirement.The candidate will be fully trained on site.
The most important qualification besides fitting the personal profile is that the candidate has to be bi-lingual in at least two off the Nordic languages.With a native tongue level in Swedish and at least one off the other Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish or Norwegian).
Krav/Essential requirements:
Swedish - native tongue level / Fluent
Finnish - native tongue level / Fluent
English - Good (writing and speech)
Computer skills - Basic (Explorer, office package)

Desirable requirements:
Previous work experience in costumer care or on-line services.
But NOT a requirement

Arbetstid/Hours per week: Scheduled (40 h/week)
Varaktighet/Contract:
(permanent, temporary): Up to 12 months contract (with the opportunity to prolong)
Lön/Salary: Fixed rate.By agreement
