Arbetsuppgifter/Job description:
The purpose of the position is to review adverts for Besedo s customers which are online purchase and sales service companies.Therefore one is required to view advert content with quality and efficiency, offer customer support via telephone and e-mail and possibly be involved in other customer service related tasks.Because of the variety and nature of assignments we need people that are flexible and reliable.Furthermore, we would require one to handle all incoming adverts and ensure that any mistakes are corrected or rejected.The person we are looking for must also be capable of handling stressful environments, be meticulous and punctual.
We need team members that are motivated, responsible to follow rules and capable of meeting deadlines.
Previous work experience in customer care or on-line services is desirable but NOT a requirement.The candidate will be fully trained on site.
The most important qualification besides fitting the personal profile is that the candidate has to be bi-lingual in Swedish and Finnish.
Kompetenskrav/Qualifications:
Utbildning, erfarenhet, språkkunskaper etc./Professional training, experience, language skills etc.
Krav/Essential requirements:
Swedish - Native tongue level / Fluent
Finnish - Native Tongue Level / Fluent
English - Good (writing and speech)
Computer skills - Basic (Explorer, office package)
Önskemål/Desirable requirements:
Previous work experience in customer care or on-line services.
