Internet Global Services Sweden AB is a consultancy company and have 50+ employees that works within IT, customer support, marketing and financials. The office is located in Solna with walking distance to/from Solna station.
As a customer support manager, you will leading the team of customer support agents. As the head of the department, you will be responsible for implementing new policies/procedures and technology tools in order to maximize the performance of your team. You should establish measurable goals that are in alignment with the company´s strategic objectives and goals.
The team is working on a shift basis hence you will be responsible for the shift planing. Together with the HR function, you will recruit new members to your team and coach/evaluate the existing members of the team.
We are looking for someone with previous experience from a managerial position. You enjoy working in a complex environment and you are having a high stress level. Since it is a manager position, we expect you to be comfortable leading other people and knowledge how to motivate your team. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
