ARBETSUPPGIFTER
We are looking for a service-minded and engaged Customer Support Manager to join our team. We think that you have a genuine wish to support our customers and that you have a qualitative approach to relationships.

As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for helping solve our customers’ questions on a day-to-day basis as well as building our customer support as the company grows. We believe that you have an understanding of troubleshooting in different environments and that you have a basic knowledge of HTTP-codes and understand some HTML-code. You will also play a key role in communicating the user’s needs to the rest of the company so we can listen and adapt to their needs.

people. In addition, we hope you bring:


* experience in a senior customer-facing role
* experience working in a rapidly changing environment
* experience or a genuine interest in testing and quality assurance
* a passion to create smooth, easy, and high-quality customer experiences
* strong organization and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
* a genuine interest in customer needs, behaviors, and support
* experience working with or close to developers, HR, learning & development, or
similar
* excellent verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English
* and last but not least, a passion for enabling lifelong learning
