ABB Motion Service, SSU Sweden is now looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for customers and business partners. Reporting to the Spare Part Manager and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the team by reacting to customer inquiries.
Your responsibilities
Booking of sales orders and monitoring the status of these orders.
Providing first class internal and external customer support and service, and coordinating with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.
Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and managing delivery approval documentation.
Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification

Your background
Minimum two years of experience within Customer Service.
Experience in SAP, Business Online (BOL) and Salesforce.
Experience in working with Office 365.
An agile and proactive approach with demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
A collaborative and solution-focused approach.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English.
