The purpose of the job is to coordinate the customer training scope for the complete project by gathering technical/maintenance information, composing training material, delivering customer training etc. Responsibilities are to create and maintain a training timeplan, perform courses on customer site, allocate external resources if needed, follow up on training performance, maintain efficient cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordination
Coordinate trainings and deliveries of training documentation with the customer, according to contract.
Participate in customer meetings to ensure that requirements are met.
Attend internal meetings for feedback and reporting.
Coordinate access to vehicles (with the workshop) during training.
Coordinate and review suppliers training documentation.
Coordinate work and deliveries with business partner.
Coordinate trainings with external trainers.


Course preparation
Produce training documentation in Swedish (according to contract and to the training time plan)
Update of training documents according to:

-end customer’s comments in Swedish
- engineering requests
- comments from verification/validation activities
Translation coordination/review.
Document review.


Training execution
Evaluate the trainings' level of expertise required and allocate training execution among yourself and complementary resources.



Support
Give feedback to documentation team in case of necessary need of updates discovered during preparation, performing courses, fault finding activities etc.
Cooperation with the Tech pub-, training- and engineering team.
