Inbound Customer Service for Online Fashion Stores
German/Swedish and a third language Full-Time; Malmö, Sweden

Job Description:
You will provide personalized customer service of the highest level to our customers for all our brand shops in our Customer Service team. We would like our customer service agent to be native in German.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
? Answer inbound calls to assist customers? inquiries
? Research required information using available resources and systems
? Handle and resolve customer complaints
? Provide customers with product and service information
? Identify and escalate priority issues
? Route calls and emails to appropriate resource
? Follow up customer calls where necessary
? Translating product descriptions from English to German.

Education and Experience
? Proficient in relevant computer applications including Microsoft office, etc.
? Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
? Experience in a call center environment and/or fashion retail
? Customer service experience in the fashion industry but not required
? Good keyboarding skills
? General product knowledge of fashion
