In your role as a Customer Care Specialist, it is your duty to consistently provide exceptional and personalized customer experiences, catering to the needs of both current and prospective customers throughout their shopping and ownership journey. As a brand ambassador, your customer-facing position plays a vital role in supporting our mission to enhance society and bring our brand promise to fruition. This role will afford you the chance to gain valuable insights and knowledge about both our customers and products, which can be incredibly beneficial if you aspire to build a future career within the company.

Job assignments:
- Communicate with consumers via phone, email, chat, and social media to understand their needs and address their inquiries/issues
- Provide viable solutions to consumers with a high level of service
- Coordinate towing and roadside services for car owners experiencing breakdowns
- Manage lead generation, delegation, and follow-up to ensure effective utilization of leads
- Prioritize and escalate customers' feedback and feature requests to relevant internal teams
- Identify and propose activities to improve quality and efficiency in processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside of Customer Care to drive improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- Previous experience within customer care operations and/or customer service from sales-oriented brands
- Know how to work with CRM systems and are proficient with use of technology and software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Danish and English
