Studentwork is now looking for Danish-speaking people to Teleperformance’s customer-support in Ljusdal, Sweden!

Do you want to work with problem-solving, customer service in a stimulating enviroment? Then this could be the right job for you!

As customer support at Teleperformance, you will sit in teams and take incoming calls from your customers regarding everything from technical problems to warranty questions.
You will work with well-known products and receive calls from Danish customers. That means you will be using Danish as your main language. You need to be able to communicate in English as well.

You will begin your employment with a training period where you will learn the products and how to handle the calls.

Ljusdal is located in the county of Gävleborg, about 4 hours from Stockholm. The three major cities of Hudiksvall, Sundsvall and Gävle is just a short bus or train ride from Ljusdal and there are plenty of opportunities to shop, eat at restaurants or enjoy a stroll along the Gulf of Bothnia. Ljusdal is located in a very scenic area with excellent opportunities for fishing, skiing or hiking in the woods. Many Danes are living and working in Ljusdal and will help to welcome you.

The training will begin in the middle of August. The salary is according to the collective bargain agreement. A part from the hourly salary you are also entitled to a bonus based on group and individual performance.
