Do you speak Danish fluently and feel ready for the next challenge in customer service? Do you have a technical interest and want to help Canon's customers? We are looking for a committed colleague who wants to be part of Canon's experienced customer service team in Mölndal.

With this employment you will be hired through KFX HR-partner. For the right candidate, there are good chances of long-term employment at Canon.

The job is full time, with working hours Monday-Friday, 8.00-16.30.

Arbetsuppgifter
In the role as Danish-speaking technical support at Canon, you answer questions from customers who are of a technical nature, often connected to networks. Through a high level of service, you handle troubleshooting, complaints and handle questions before purchasing products and marketing campaigns. You have contact with both private and corporate customers and can get help from one of your five competent colleagues in the team.

Canon is constantly working to keep its staff trained and motivated, so you get the opportunity to continuously set aside time for product training and self-development. Everything for you to thrive and be able to stay up to date on the latest products and technology. In the long run, you will also help train and coach the first line team, both in Sweden and abroad.

Kvalifikationer
The most important attribute you need is a strong commitment to help customers. You do not need to have a great deal of technical knowledge, but you must have a technical interest in order to be able to absorb training and knowledge from your colleagues. If you have knowledge of networks, that is a big plus.

Previous experience of customer service work is desirable but not a requirement
Fluent speech and writing in Danish
Understand and speak good English
Understand and speak good Swedish is a plus
A good sense of service is mandatory
