Danish speaking Project Manager Assistant to a security company in Malmö!

Have you just finished your Bachelor degree and want to start your career within project management? Are you interested in IT and security solutions plus speak Danish fluently? Then you are the one we are looking for!

For a partner we are currently looking for a Project Manager Assistant to help with backlog in a project regarding a security solution to one of their clients in Copenhagen.

In this role you will be working close to the senior Project Manager who is in charge in order to get the project continuing smoothly and to get rid of the backlog. You will assist in booking meetings with clients, controlling that the follow ups are being made in time and if the opportunity occurs facilitate your own meetings and small workshops. Since the client is Danish, you need to be fluent in Danish and English, but you will be located in Malmö where our partner has their office.Trips to Copenhagen will be necessary in this role.

This project plans on being finished by the end of the year, but could be extended one month if needed. If you cannot participate during the whole period you will not be suitable for this position Working hours will be 8-17, Monday-Friday. Please note that you will be a consultant and employed by StudentConsulting, but work for our partner.

Din profil
We are looking for someone who has at least a Bachelor Degree, preferably within IT or equivalent to the position and business field. In order to fit for the position you are very patient, structured and knows how to take on customers professionally. The project is already on a backlog, which means you will need to be able to perform under pressure. Having some experience of Scrum is meriting but not a requirement.
