Data Analyst – AI Foundation

As a Data Analyst, you will work in a cross-functional, multi-competence product team – consisting of data scientists, engineers, and business experts – with focus on creating AI supported software for transforming how we work at H&M. Your mission is to support the team with data - and business analysis to ensure AI -and software solutions are generating actionable and value enhancing results for our business.
This includes analysis of prediction models and optimization engines, in combination with business metrics and data, together with data scientists and engineers – in order to secure AI solutions can go from an idea to a fully implemented software solution.
You will be responsible for leading specific development projects within the team, as well as setting new ways of working – as the AI development area is new and rapidly changing. You will also work closely with the team’s Product Owner, to support in setting the roadmap for the team – by generating data driven insights on how the AI solutions should be developed further.
The Data Analyst has great analytical skills, believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. Focus is on value creation, growth, and serving customers with full ownership and accountability to deliver exceptional customer and business results.
Responsibilities
• Be part of designing AI solutions together with business stakeholders and the product team to maximize business impact
• Pressure-test algorithms from a business logic perspective and develop value-proofs/ business cases
• Support in analysis and verification of model output and work with data scientists to improve accuracy of models
• Design new ways of working within the team
• Lead specific development topics, as well as specific agile ceremonies
• Support in setting the roadmap and strategy for the product team, together with the Product Owner




Qualifications



• Relevant academic degree within Business, Statistics or Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience from controlling, commercial analysis, product/business analysis
• Experience of – and/or high interest in - working with advanced analytics and AI
• Experience of working with business intelligence/data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, QlikView or Data Studio.
• Experience in data querying using SQL and/or Python
• Proven track record of delivering great results
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong in prioritizing, execution, and follow up together with a “can-do attitude”
• Motivated to work in an environment that allows you to work and take decisions independently
• Familiar with result focused -and agile development methodologies
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

This is a fulltime position with placement in Stockholm. You will report to the Competence Lead for Data Analysts within AI Foundation – at Business Tech.
