About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will work at the intersection of data, research, and decision-making. Your role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that directly impact our projects and strategies. With your research background and analytical expertise, you’ll be instrumental in designing and implementing data-driven solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
•Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that address client needs.
•Design and execute statistical analyses using tools like SPSS, R, or Python to answer research and business questions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and align data analysis with strategic objectives.
•Create clear, impactful data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
•Assist in developing predictive models and analyses to forecast outcomes and improve decision-making.
•Perform data cleaning, validation, and management to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
•Use survey and experimental data to derive meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
•Conduct literature reviews and integrate research insights to contextualize data findings.
•Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing key insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications and Skills
A Master’s or PhD in Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field with strong emphasis on research and data analysis.
•Hands-on experience in quantitative and statistical analysis, with a focus on applied research methodologies.
•Proficiency in data analysis software such as SPSS, R, Python, or equivalent tools.
•Strong skills in data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and creating user-friendly dashboards.
•Familiarity with survey design, experimental methods, and behavioral data analysis.
•Ability to synthesize and communicate complex data clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
•Knowledge of predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, and other advanced statistical techniques.
•A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
