Description

P&C has recently requited a responsible for workforce planning and there is now a need to increase the new team with a data analyst to evolve the workforce planning Power BI reporting capabilities, analyse and draw conclusions on the data, as well as support organisation with data extracts and additional reports.

The role contains the following responsibilities:

- Evolve Power BI reporting solution; build opon existing logic and data model, create new reports and adjust existing SME for workforce planning data

- Analytics of workforce planning data
- Support upon request the organisation with additional workforce planning data extracts and reports


Mandatory competence and experience:



- 4-7 years’ experience (Senior) Data Analyst
- Power BI experience
- Experience of retrieving data from data warehouse
- Experience of building logic and data models
- Strong in communication and analytical skills
- Excellent English
- Power BI (Junior)
- Experience of building logic and data models (Senior)
- Experience of retrieving data from data warehouse


Preferred competence and experience:

- CA PPM Clarity experience
- Co-worker data analysis experience
- Understanding of resource planning/capacity management
