Oriflame is now looking for a Data Analyst to further strengthen our Procurement Development team in Stockholm. This is a full-time assignment with preferred starting month in January. Studentwork are supporting Oriflame in the recruitment process.

WORKING TASKS

The main tasks of the roleinclude:

-Perform analytical functions to determine candidate commodities and services eligible for Strategic Sourcing initiatives based on data driven metrics
-Gather, compile, analyse and document spend/demand data analysis to support conclusions
-Identify opportunities for improvements in systems, applications and/or business processes
-Together with finance, develop the routine to aggregate procurement KPI, track and report cost initiatives to management
-Take part of cross functional project to boost efficiencies and added value of the procurement team
-Coordinate our yearly standard costing exercise with our direct procurement team, finance, manufacturing and IT functions

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a person that haveeducation in information technology, STEM, Business, Finance or other applicable area or equivalent experience. We see that youhave previous work experience in similar roles and worked with it for at least two years. In order to thrive in the role, we see that you have an analytical ability and mindset, and in an educational way explain technical concepts for non-technical users. Furthermore, you are a master of excel where it is meritoriousif you have system usedof Six Sigma Belt but it's not a requirement. We would like you to be analytical, organized and have a good communicative ability. Requirements for this service are that you speak English fluently and feel comfortable using it??in both speech and writing.
