Data Analytics Lead

We at the department for Analytics at Volvo Construction Equipment are now looking for our new colleague in the position as Data Analytics Lead in the Technology and Product Development domain.

What do we offer?


As our new Data Analytics Lead, you will have the possibility to build, inspire, and support the analytics community in the Technology and Product Development area together with collaboration partners. Your work will cover a wide spectrum, from developing technical data and analytics capabilities to new ways of working with a lot of teaching and coaching.

It is a cultural transformation journey we are on! Together with the community, you will formulate and bring to life a roadmap closely connected to the business strategy making the most out of the new opportunities of the AI age.

You will also be the owner of “Data and Analytics Products”, enabling value to the company in many ways. Innovation is a key; to explore different combinations of data and technologies in a business and customer context. To be successful in the role you are self-propelled, you love driving change together with the community and you are a curious soul.

Who are you?


You might have a background as a leader with an analytics mindset or an analyst with passion for leadership. You probably feel energized when driving changes through networks and communities and have an ability to connect people.

We think you are curious as a person and have a drive to explore new technologies, new data as well as new ways of working. You dare to try things not done before, which is important for success here. Experience in Product Development is a merit. Furthermore, you have a relevant university degree from a recognized institute or an equivalent experience. English is the main language, and we value verbal and written communication skills.
