Data Architect

Electrolux is looking for a Data Architect to join our Product Data & Planning Solutions team. As a data architect, YOU are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the overall architecture of an organization's data systems. This includes developing strategies for data management, modeling data structures, and ensuring the efficient integration and flow of data throughout the organization. Overall, you play a crucial role in ensuring an organization's data is well-managed, secure, and used to drive key business decisions. You work closely with other IT professionals, stakeholders, and business leaders to design and implement effective data management solutions that meet the organization's needs and support business operations and strategic objectives.

This role will be based in our global Headquarters at Stockholm, Sweden.

The Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy and architecture that aligns with the organization's business goals and objectives
· Design, build, and maintain data models and data warehouses, including data modeling and schema design
· Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data, as well as data security and compliance with relevant regulations and policies
· Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures, including data quality standards and data classification frameworks
· Collaborate with other IT professionals to identify and implement data integration and migration solutions across various systems and platforms
· Evaluate and recommend new data technologies, tools, and processes to improve data management efficiency and effectiveness
· Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet those needs, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers and other data professionals to ensure the successful implementation of data solutions
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics.

Who You Are
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
· Proven experience as a data architect or a similar role
· Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data management principles and practices
· Experience with data integration and migration technologies and tools, such as ETL/ELT, APIs, and cloud-based solutions
· Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations and standards, such as GDPR and HIPAA
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex data management issues
· Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques, such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
