Data Cleaning and Migration Lead

Job description
Our client is now looking for skilled senior data cleaning and migration lead with previously proven experience from IT implementation projects.
The estimated time plan for the assignment is January 2023 - 2024.

For this position you can be hired as a consultant at Randstad Technologies or work as a freelancer / sub c0ntractor.

The client has started a company-wide change program called Atlas that strives to modernize and harmonize the ways we operate across the organization. The aim is to develop uniform working methods, reduce complexity and overlaps in the system landscape, unify processes, and establish common Information Governance and MDM across the organization.
The goal with project PAM is to set the ground for improved cooperation, better system support and common ways of working, possibility to follow up the business in a comparable way, improved data driven decisions, improved processes, and governance of master data, improved and automated order and invoice management.

The process scope for PAM is Maintenance & Warehouse, Source to Contract, Procure to Pay and interfacing Finance processes.
The client will implement IFS Cloud for all mills. Today four mills have IFS9 and 2 mills have Maximo for the processes in scope.



Responsibilities
The data cleaning and migration lead for PAM will take responsibility for:
Preparation and cleaning of data for migration (including identification of data to be cleaned)
Set targets for data cleaning
Describe and communicate to organization the importance of data cleaning and the consequence of not cleaning data
Secure mapping of data between e.g. Maximo to IFS Cloud
Perform test migrations
Secure data corrections
Develop decision material and secure decisions from key stakeholders when needed
Perform final migration for go live
Plan work and activities within stream
Define resource need
Report status and progress




Qualifications
To be successful in this assignment you need to be a skilled, experienced project manager
who understands how to achieve sustainable, anchored, results in a complex business
environment.

General
+10 years of work experience
Experience from cooperating with implementation partner
English and Swedish speaking

Required experiences and capabilities as follows:
Experiences of data cleaning and migration
Experience of implementation projects and migration to standard systems
Experience of project management
