We need a keen and collaborative Data Protection Specialist like you to fortify our Legal and Compliance team. *

Main responsibilities:

Be the point of contact for all Data Procession communication, both inside the company and with external 3rd parties

Assess the data protection requirements and obligations arising from our contractual obligations towards our customers and suppliers

Ensure our compliance with relevant data processing and protection laws that the company is subject to

Ensure the company has the required policies and processes in place

Instil a culture of data protection throughout all the group

Increase awareness to, and educate, the employees and partners, in areas relevant to data protection

Keep abreast of the latest developments in GDPR and relevant international data protection laws

Ensure that Data Subjects Rights Requests are attended to in line with relevant legal requirements

Assist the Legal team with review of Data Protection Agreements when required

Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments and maintain Records of Processing

Assist in the investigation of Data Breaches

Ensure that processors and 3rd parties are monitored for Data Protection compliance

Remain abreast of relevant knowledge



Requirements:

2 years experience working in a Data Protection position and/or a similar compliance position

Detailed knowledge of the GDPR

Knowledge of Information Security particularly as applied to Data Protection

Attention to detail but can think creatively

Strong communication skills, verbal and written

Assertive but respectful

An interest for Data Protection principles (primarily GDPR), Privacy, and other related national and international areas



Preferences:

Legal background, particularly with contracts/agreements

Experience in the iGaming industry

Detailed knowledge paired with proven competence in data protection
