Poolia Teknik AB Presentation We are looking for an experienced database manager. This is a consultant assignment for one of our clients in the central part of Stockholm, it will start immediately and it lasts at least one year. Arbetsuppgifter As database manager you will have the overall responsibility for organising and integrating all information related to transactions, communications and personal consumer data. This include following tasks: - manage the extraction of data from the CRM database (Multi-soft) to power communications activity - liaison with the CRM agency and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of data to support communications activity - ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of data within the CRM database - regularly report on data quality and field population and maintain an accurate data dictionary as data feeds into the CRM database develop - enable effective management of campaigns within CRM database. Active and continuous improvement of the quality, frequency, quantity and type of customer data. You will also manage the load of data files from multiple sources (web shop, product registration and web registration) back into the CRM database. And define the table structure and field populations for new data loads and update the data model as additional sources of data are loaded. Further you will liaise with 3rd parties on the delivery of data to support campaign performance evaluation. Identify incremental opportunities for campaign reporting through a thorough understanding of all available data within the CRM database. Utbildning/erfarenhet For this role you need to have experience of IT and marketing data management including specific experience and working knowledge of SQL server, CRM databases, hierarchical databases, business data warehouses and CRM front end functionality. You also have experience of: - managing databases to support marketing - setting up procedures to load data into a CRM database - managing a CRM application - supporting a 3rd party CRM agency in delivery of data to support campaign activity and CRM strategy. You have experience of working with diverse data sources and effectively managing those within a single repository to enable their reuse in future marketing and CRM activity, while meeting strategic and compliance requirements. Campaign analysis and reporting experience is valuable. Further you have a time management skills with the ability to meet required deadlines and work autonomously. You are able to able to work within a team environment and to communicate effectively at all levels. The job also requires strong problem solving skills with a logical approach to both IT and Marketing. If you are multi lingual it is considered a merit.
