About the job The Db2 team is part of the Production Platform Services Techstream in Digital Banking & IT.

The team consists of System Programmers, Database Designers and DBAs.

We are looking for an experienced Db2 for z/OS system programmer.

You will work closely with other skilled Db2 for z/OS system programmers and DBAs in a positive and pro-actively thinking team.

You will be working with lifecycle management of Db2 for z/OS subsystems and tools, resiliency, performance and tuning, security, automation, act as a subject matter expert in all technical issues, improvement of standards and documentation.

We have started our agile journey which means that we work with a prioritized backlog in short sprints.

On-call every four or so weeks is part of this role.

What you need to succeed Some years of experience
A proven capability to solve complex problems and work independently on a large Mainframe installation.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
University degree or relevant experience
Analytical skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
A value-driven mind-set
