Within the H&M Group, Logistics is responsible to make our fashion flow in a sustainable, qualitative and efficient way. We put the customer in focus and our job is about fulfilling the customer promise, creating a great online and in-store shopping experience.
We are happy to announce an exciting opportunity within our Logistic organization in Eskilstuna. The Distribution Centre with 500 employees delivers to all H&M stores in Sweden, Norway and Iceland. In the future we will supply all H&M stores in Finland as well.

Jobbeskrivning
As a DC HR Specialist – Talent Development you will support in planning, developing and overseeing all DC trainings. You will actively support DC managers to identify, assess, coach & train talent to support overall business needs.
Your main responsibilities
Responsible for the DC training calendar informing DC employees of relevant programs, trainings, & career opportunities to support their development.
Respond to and plan the developmental actions of each role by creating, updating or localizing appropriate training, tools and materials
Ensure employees have access to training and tools and have an overview of all completed trainings
Monitor future talent needs for the DC and act on it. Attract, detect and retain top performers and high potentials to secure future pipeline.
Collaborate with talent acquisition specialist and relevant manager to ensure that introduction and onboarding is done to meet H&M group standards and guidelines
Actively participate and support training on new initiatives and global program roll outs
Provide internal support to managers on leadership development
Orchestrate specialist local trainings in the DC
Support in local logistics development activities and Internship programs

Work experience from learning/training management systems and platforms.
Experience from leading Employer Branding projects
Excellent interpersonal skills
Work experience from leading learning, growth and people development
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources and/or work experience from HR and leadership roles
Strong communication skills both verbal and written English and Swedish
Strong organizational skills
Ability to collaborate and co-create with others
Agile mindset with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth
Inclusive and empathetic towards others whilst encouraging diversity
Ability to understand your impact to others and contribution to the bigger picture
Self awareness, understanding your impact on others and contribution to the whole group

This is a full-time position starting with a probationary period of 6 months. Collective agreement with Unionen. The location is based in Eskilstuna and part of the Logistic Region North Europe. As a DC HR Specialist you report directly to the DC HR Manager. Start date during Autumn 2022 or by agreement.
