Debt Collection Agent Germany (Part Time)

The German Debt Collection Department's primarily goal is to find customer targeted solutions for the collection of receivables. In Stockholm, we are roughly 15 agents handling debt collection errands for the German market. As part of our continuous growth and success we are now looking for new part time employees to take over our telephone collection in Stockholm.

Your mission is to complement our collection activities by actively calling defaulting customers and finding a suitable payment solution for them. As you will work closely with our colleagues from collection operations, your activities also include common customer service tasks. Working hours are very flexible and can be arranged to your preference between 08:00 and 20:00. However, we always work a minimum of 4 hours a day and 12 hours a week.

You are competent, strong-minded and enjoy being part of a fast-paced organization where the only thing that is constant is change. As taking a lot of phone calls is one of your main tasks, it is important that you are a fast and secure decision maker and not afraid of taking own initiative.

We appreciate innovative people who actively contribute to the development of your department and the whole company. Preferably, you already have some experience in customer service or debt collection and we require you to be a native speaker of German and fluent in English, additional language skills are merit. We place great emphasis on teamwork and a pleasant working environment. For us, your personality and your performance are more important than a higher education or work experience. You will be provided with specific training specialized on your work at our debt collection department. Furthermore, you will be employed by one of Klarna's subsidiary companies.
