What we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Delivery Execution Controller to help us deliver Schneider Electric’s Process Automation Systems. We are seeking an enthusiastic, talented individual to join our delivery organization in Skara. As a member of the delivery team you will work closely with both service and projects teams to ensure we deliver our core values including Customer First.
You will be responsible as the conduit between the delivery team and the finance team, to ensure we always maintain or Customer First core value, whilst ensuring Schneider-Electric always have the correct accurate financial positions. for all the projects and services, you support. In this role, you should be able to create and control financial data within our ERP system, whist also providing direct support to our Project and Service managers. You should be a team player and a good communicator. You will ensure best practices are followed while being responsive in a dynamic and agile delivery organization.
Responsibilities
• Provide contract support through tendering and execution.
• Provide project support through tendering and execution.
• Provide financial guidance and assistance to project & service managers through collaboration with corporate functions.
• Provide supply chain support to project & service managers through collaboration with corporate functions.
• Provide detailed financial information to the leadership team.
• Maintain all aspects of ERP, to ensure smooth completion of contract & project work.
Required skills and experiences
• Solid knowledge Excel, Word, Project, Visio, Power point.
• Experience with financial aspects of project / contract control.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject, or suitable other education.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Desirable knowledge in
• Project Management
• SAP or other ERP systems
