Continuing to invest in our future we are looking to hire a Delivery Lead, a brand new position, to play a critical role in our Global IT Organisation. We have put some excellent foundations in place already, we now need to find the person who will take us to the next level.
You are the person who knows the goals, how to get there and drives things forward on a day to day basis, solving problems, co-creating and removing obstacles to deliver business change and digital solutions that will transform and future-proof our business. You are passionate about utilizing and sharing your experience to manage different viewpoints, mediate, negotiate, inspire, and to empower. For you everything starts with the customer.
You will drive strategic decisions to enable a digital transformation in customer engagement and interactions. Translating customer and business needs into tangible deliveries, together with other colleagues and suppliers, is core in your role. Driving the establishment of a holistic architecture, processes, information flows, applications and underlying technologies is key to success.
Responsibilities:
Define - Lead the development of a concrete strategic roadmap for digital customer interaction, in close collaboration with key stakeholders
Deliver – An agreed strategic direction with tangible prioritised targets; Continuous delivery of agreed targets such as activities and solutions, based on the strategic direction and priorities.
Identify - Establish a deep understanding of the digital opportunities in customer interactions to develop the Mölnlycke business model.
Actively contribute to the development of the IT capability (process, tools and competence) to deliver digital interaction and engagement solutions.
Drive technology strategy and roadmaps including ROI and competitive edge for next generation technologies.
Maintain on-going vendor relationships ensuring vendor product road-maps are aligned with Mölnlycke's roadmaps cross multiple services and solutions.
This is a Senior role within our organisation, and as such we are looking for candidates with a strong operational and strategic background. The ability to develop a strategy, get buy-in from senior stakeholders and then execute effectively is key.
Capabilities and Experience required:
Leading transformation of online customer interaction initiatives, ideally in a business-to-business (B2B) product setting.
Digital selling and marketing
Managing different viewpoints
The ability to mediate, negotiate, motivate and empower
Using different delivery models including Agile methodologies
Product Information Management
Marketing automation
Strong analytical and logical skills
Strong verbal and presentation skills
An earlier background in roles such as Product Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master would be beneficial
