Delivery Team Lead

UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry.Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas.Through UCG Recruitment we also help customers recruit personnel in the same areas.We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.For our customer we are looking for a Delivery Team Lead The Delivery Team Lead will provide operational leadership and support to a new team.He will also act as the link between the Steady-State Delivery Manager and ¡§his or her¡ Delivery Team. The person we are looking for must be able to : f{Leading a team of New Joiners, working on this Project.f{Through team work, ensure all Clients procedures and processes are followed and service levels are maintained.f{Ensure that related incidents are raised in a timely manner.f{Act as escalation point.f{Ensure all relevant internal and external communication channels are managed and maintained, to include regular updates to the client team during all incidents.f{Act as contact point between the Client Team and the Steady-State Delivery Manager.f{Provides Technical Feedback to the Managing Architect.As a person you have f{Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.f{At least 5 years of IT industry experience, including at least 3 years of Team Leadership experience in a delivery organization, preferably with a major IT or computer vendor.f{Solid track record in managing complex mission-critical projects or consulting assignments with good exposure to complex systems integration or technology consulting projects.Application/software development project management experience is essential with a strong understanding of modern / progressive development methodologies.f{Good knowledge and exposure across multiple industries and experience in IT and e-Business infrastructures and architecture design and implementation projects is preferred.f{Experience in Financial Services and Capital Markets would be highly regarded.f{Proven experience and success in managing technical project team sizes of 5 or more team members.f{Has a strong business acumen, possesses high energy levels and self-motivation, and thrives under pressure.Must be a self-starter.Results driven and achievement oriented and willing to take on major challenges.f{Ability to manage complex external customer account relationships.and expectations and internal cross-functional stakeholder interests.f{Proven knowledge of formal project management and structured methodologies.Formal project management certification such as PMP and PRINCE2 is required.f{Excellent (English) verbal and written communication skills.f{Danish language skill is an advantage.To achieve a more even gender distribution among our consultants we are positive to female applicants.We would like applicants to submit a detailed CV in Word-format.In this ad we are primarily looking for employees, but we also invite persons operating their own companies to apply.We decline approaches from recruiters and other sales persons.
