Dell AB is searching for a driven and ambitious Pricing Manager to join the Finance Department, located at Dell headquarters in Upplands Väsby. Pricing Manager The Pricing Manager reports direct to the Finance Director and works within the finance department.The Pricing Manager has frequent interactions with sales and all levels of management.In this job the successful candidate should be able to make decisions to create the right balance between what's commercially needed and what's needed from a financial perspective to balance Dell's two principal objectives of growth and profitability.You will be a key member in our team to take our fast growing solution business to new levels.This includes: - Define pricing & sales strategies that are in line with Dell's Business objectives and cost structure (products and services).- Analyse pricing, terms and conditions, validate responses to bid tenders and propose improvements that increase win probability.- Work with business cases together with sales and opportunity management for framework agreements in both the Private and Public sector.- Be part of our EMEA pricing community and actively contribute with new ideas and process improvements in an international environment.- Be the "Effective" liaison between finance and marketing/operations/sales for all pricing approvals.- Use all available competitor and IT market data in an efficient way in order to improve win rate.- Analyze cost trends and communicate conclusions to sales in order to support our long term customer relationships as well as support new customer acquisitions. Who are you?- You have a University degree in Finance or Industrial Engineering.- You have at least 3 years relevant work experience as a Business Controller or Finance Analyst.- You have an interest in IT products and market.- You have analytical skills with very good knowledge in MS-Office especially MS-Excel.- You should be highly motivated and able to take own initiatives.- You have good communication skills and fluency in English is necessary.Frequent interactions outside of Sweden.- You have the capacity to work under pressure, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.- You have good social skills, ability to challenge sales and at the same time build a good relationship.
