Your key responsibilities include: - Representing Nordic Region on EMEA level regarding warranty cost metrics - Liaising with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction metrics are being maintained in conjunction with positive MDR trends -Managing communication both upwards in terms of EMEA presentations and downwards with dissemination of information to Technical Support frontline -Participation in quarterly EMEA workshops to align team objectives and drive team to common goal PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES You manage and participate in projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of time, budget, and quality.
