Demand Planner

As Demand Planner you will own and lead the forecasting process, securing a high service level, lower costs, and smooth operations practices, together with a lot of different stakeholders within Carlsberg Sweden.

What you’ll be doing
The core operational tasks of the Demand Planner include data analysis, deviation root causing and collaborative meetings to take part of latest market input. All of which are important components in the creation of the best possible sales forecast. As Demand Planner, you are expected to drive and facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning process for a specific product portfolio, reaching a consensus with our stakeholders, and securing a long-term strategical forecast.

Collaboration & communication is of upmost importance, where you will play an important role in creating a well-functioning supply chain. As a Demand Planner you will act as an important link between the Local Supply Company and Local Commercial Company. Efficient information sharing is a key part of the role. The position is located at our Swedish HQ in Solna and you will be working in a team reporting directly to Head of Demand Planning.

What we’re looking for
You have a university degree in engineering or business, preferably within Supply Chain Management. We are looking for you who has a good knowledge level of cost drivers within supply chain and an understanding of commercial and operational priorities. Previous experience within supply chain or operations practices is a merit. To be suitable for this position, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
