The Demand Planner is included in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) unit.SCM Department of LG Electronics Nordic AB is focused on controlling the flow of products and sales with cooperation with relevant internal and external partners for the satisfaction of our customers and end-users with our supply service.The department takes care of all types of services including Delivery management, Order registration and coordination, Inventory Management, Purchase planning, Forecasting Analysis and Demand Planning.SCM Department is harmonizing with Sales, Marketing and other administration department for a better, more effective and innovative concept of Supply Chain management Job Specification: As part of SCM Nordic Team, Demand Planner AV is responsible to generate consolidated forecast through co-ordination of forecast consensus meeting and maintaining forecast performance.Demand Planner needs to prepare, analyze and report the monthly bottom up forecast and weekly analysis of the statistical forecast tool.This will be coordinated and updated with Sales and marketing team.Generate consolidated forecast through facilitating forecast consensus meeting, upload final agreed forecast to GSCP (LG's ERP-tool), follow up Delivery Plan from GSCP and convey Delivery Plan information to sales.Responsibility: * Collection of sales forecast from sales teams * Statistical Forecasting based on Data analysis on a weekly base * Estimate sell-out from Inv.& sell-in (If no sell-out data) * Analyze Customer data : trend, fast and slow moving * Prepare Weekly and Monthly Forecast input to GSCP * Run weekly meetings with production * Solving Inbound- and Purchase-related issues * Analyze updated delivery plan out of GSCP and convey the analysis to sales forces * Maintain the Forecast Key Performance Indicators * Maintain the forecast reports for visibility, accuracy and timing of business information to enhance planning, forecasting and operational decisions * Forecast Consensus Meeting * Inventory Management * Checks key account orders against forecast for critical items and provides feedback to sales and operations Requirements * Minimum undergraduate degree in a Business / Logistics field is required * Minimum two years working experience in related environment * Good knowledge of EXCEL and basic statistical knowledge * Good command of English and Swedish language (both written and spoken) * Good overview of the commercial process, production planning, retail interface and order fulfillment.Previous work as a demand planner within the FMCG-sector is a plus. You have a strong analytical ability to influence and persuade decision-making in sales and marketing team.You are logical, proactive and flexible as well as good at teamwork and tolerant with problem solving skills.
