Demand & Supply Chain Manager, Cluster Norden

The Demand & Supply Cluster Norden is responsible for the supply of Finished Goods from allocated factories and suppliers to allocated sales companies and distributors.

The area of responsibility for the D&S Chain Manager
Ensure, improve and optimize the Supply Chain Flow of this SCM Cluster.Focus points are Demand&Supply Planning, Supply Operations as well as Inventory management.

.Improve and optimize Demand & Supply Planning as well as the supply processes
.Make the correlation transparent between forecast accuracy, service level, flexibility and inventory
.Create transparency over supply volume stream (Forecast, net demand, order, inventory) and align with key stakeholders (Product Categories, Sales companies, Factories)
.Improve the tools for planning, scheduling, transparency, exception management and KPI
.Analyse, prepare/make trade off decisions
.Manage escalation process.Support and coordinate phase in and phase out of products
.Communication to sales companies, product categories and other stakeholders.Set target for forecast accuracy, inventory, flexibility by requested service level
.Lead and develop the team (15-20 employees)

Qualifications
.Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics, Engineering or Business Administrations
.Experience in Leadership of people and Supply Chain Management minimum 5 years
.Affinity for planning, processes and IT (ERP, Datawarehouse, MS Office)
.Experience in Change Management would be helpful
.Fluent Swedish and English
.Analytic, conceptual, working with clear priorities
.Good communication and presentation skills
