Vårt systerbolag Flex Force i Schweiz söker nu för en kunds räkning en: Demurrage Analyst, Geneva We are one of the largest Worldwide Oil Trading Company.Our Headquarter in Geneva I seeking to recruit talented DEMURRAGE ANALYST To join our team.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.To ensure that all claims for recovering demurrage are issued meeting time bar deadlines 2.To ensure that all claims are sent out complete with all supporting documents (so they cannot be rejected), to make accruals in the system and issue invoices 3.To check overdue receivables on the ageing list produced by a treasury SAP report on a weekly basis 4.To keep accurate records of claims sent/received 5.Reporting to demurrage manager and to provide any information / reports that demurrage manager may require PROFILE Experience - 4 to 5 years previous experience in demurrage, preferably in petrochemical or oil industry Education - Commercial diploma or equivalent Competencies / Skills - Fluent in English - Flexible - Reliable - Meticulous, - Team spirit - Good sense of organization and communication - Able to work under pressure and stress Required profile: - At least 4 years experience in demurrage - French would be an asset I denna rekrytering hjälper vi vårt systerbolag Flex Force i Schweiz att finna kandidater.
