Tasks

At Decathlon, you get an opportunity to run your own store in the store, where you have full responsibility for your own department.

This means that you will:

Recruit, train, schedule and lead your staff
Plan your business
Manage your team to ensure the satisfaction of the store customers
Guarantee a quick checkout process for the customers
Create best in class customer service processes
Manage and solve escalated customer complaints
Management of customer relations
Cash management
Responsible for running a profitable business

You are fluent in English, Arabic, French & Swedish is a plus
You have a minimum experience of 5 years in Retail as a Customer service and Tills manager
You are fluent in written and verbal communication
Experience working outside Sweden with international retail knowledge with an understanding of international customer backgrounds
You are flexible to work abroad and visit different Decathlon stores around the world to attend training's and new launching of projects
You are comfortable using Microsoft office, CRM (customer service relations), Archiving, Gift cards, Cooperate invoicing, tracking invoices and discrepancies, economic performances.



Terms: Official

Salary: Fixed + variable salary
Employment rate: Full time
Collective agreement: Unionen Tjänstemannaavtal
Pension: Occupational pension via Collectum ITP
Agreed holiday: 30 days per year
