Your responsibilities
As the Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible to manage the launch and rollout schedule for countries, highlighting potential constraints or risks, through collaboration with country organisation. You will also be the one responsible for launches of new functionalities, and for leading the Commercial Operations & Development deliveries towards the countries, working with Digital Unit and the Implementation Management network in the countries. All this to ensure effective communication, engagement, and preparation for a successful delivery, leading to a positive customer experience as the final objective.
In this role you will actively cooperate with key partners on group and country level while representing Commercial Operations & Development in related forums and decision bodies. You will be responsible to support and facilitate the country subject matter expert network enabling sharing of best practices and collaboration.
More in detail you will:
• Contribute to ensure the country solution and the Fulfilment Project Implementation manager networks are well maintained and support Commercial Operations & Development Manager with continual improvement to raise the quality and delivery effectiveness
• Support, with inputs and expertise, based on capacity and priority needs, to other core deliveries within the responsibility of Commercial Operations & Development
• Responsible to provide support and guidance to the respective country function on related and assigned topics and to secure an inspiring and motivating environment
The role is based in Hubhult, Malmö and you will report to the Business Support Manager.
