Design Engineer to Scania, Södertälje

For our client we are looking for a Design engineer, to a team responsible for developing LiIon batteries. Its a combination of mechanical, chemical and electrical engineering. Now we are searching for a design engineer that will be responsible for thermal insulation of the batteries.

Profile:
Mechanical engineer with experience in design in drawings, review but also design work of mainly aluminum and plastic parts.

Personal skills:
You must be a very experienced designer that is confident in designing parts.
Our customer uses design systems such as Enovia and knowledge in PD process is very positive.

Working tasks are:
Concept evaluation, deign of insulation and initiate test of these, also to create specification of the insulation. (3D modelling, drawing generation, adapt to Scania drawing, review and archiving).

Excellent in Catia modelling and drawing creation is a requirement.
Experience automotive parts and also insulations is positive.
