Design Leader

The candidate will fill the position of design leader.

Qualifications
The successful candidate must have have:
10+ years of demonstrated results as a practitioner of design and research and a significant track record in defining and delivering awesome product experiences

3+ years of experience in designing and delivering great mobile experiences? a strong understanding of mobile and software products and services environments for small business, while also having a strong business sense and appreciation

Extensive experience designing web applications and services, including workflow, information architecture, and UI components

Demonstrated ability to paint a vision for design and deliver on it, and success in driving change in a matrixed environment

Has a track record of shaping a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring others to embrace the vision, and leading an organization that delivers designs that delight and drive new customer acquisition.

Extensive experience in defining, leading and executing design strategy initiatives

Bring deep knowledge of innovation, customer research, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, concept visualization, etc.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of business leaders, technology leaders, Product Managers and other key people to develop large growth businesses.

Have strong awesome product leadership and change management skills, being able to unify and energize great people around delighting customers through great user experiences, and insure successful implementation through influence and hands-on leadership

Ability to do hands-on visual AND interactive design for web AND mobile applications

Have great communication skills, effectively articulating an exciting vision for experience design and driving it into practical reality with team and across business
