HCLTech’s global shared services business based out of Gothenburg is strategically placed to help customers accelerate their journey towards private and public cloud. Two state of the art data centres in Sweden, and multiple delivery centres across the Nordic region, offer agile, scalable, and flexible managed mainframe services. This in turn helps enterprises reduce TCO, while improving quality of delivery significantly.
Note: Candidates must eligible to work in Sweden.
Applicants must be fluent in Swedish.


Role requirements
§Basic understanding of Asset Management for end user equipment
§Basic understanding of web shop environments
§Ability to work in multiple delivery and management tools
§Ability to work with suppliers and purchasing tools
Main responsibility
§ Support for user inquiries for all local customers.
§ Ensure the ability to deliver equipment and support according to set service levels
§ Helping end users with their IT-problems, (PC, phones and peripherals) at IT Service Spot, at their desk and also supporting IT-equipment in conference rooms.
§ In the IT Service Spots, client`s users can also pick up their ordered new IT equipment and hand in old for scrapping, so such service is also included
§ Ensure that documentation and follow-up takes place in a professional manner
§ Be the natural point of contact for end users regarding order questions
§ Troubleshoot and resolve problems with systems and orders.
§ Provide or assist in reporting requests as needed.
Essential skills and experience
§ At least 1-2 years working experience, preferably requires end user contacts, so some sort of customer service will do or a helpdesk
§ Requirements for fluently written and spoken Swedish and English
§ Divers License for manual gearbox a must.
§ "Personal IT-support" for friends and family - kind of person
§ Excellent Analytical skills
§ Junior technicians with a strong computer interest, not necessarily a degree (or similar) in IT.
§ Good knowledge of Microsoft office
§ Proven team player with a high degree of integrity, credibility and confidentiality.
§ Ability to work independently.
§ Self-started and driven individual.
